In addition to our range of scheduled classes Now Breathe offers One-on-One consultations which can be customised to achieve your own specific goals .. training for a sporting event, getting in shape for a special occasion (wedding, birthday, reunion), developing alternative strategies to handle stress, finding new ways to move in your daily activities to minimise tension and stiffness, improve posture, breathe better, and become more energised.

Corporate
Now Breathe offers specifically tailored group classes, stress-neutralising packages, or individual consultations to corporates, or individual business people.
Stress is a modern-day phenomenon on the increase.
Corporate employers are required by the Health and Safety in Employment Act to take proactive steps to ensure employees are given opportunities to develop simple skills to deal with stress in a positive and healthy way.

Group Classes
Now Breathe is dedicated to helping you live a healthier, more fulfilling life by making authentic Ashtanga Yoga, and toning Pilates / Yoga fusion classes (our Bodyboost classes).
Specialised Courses
Exciting new customised courses (Conditioning) are available to you now - reach your optimum with the support and structure of this course! Ten weeks of your preferred mix of highly targeted private sessions, opportunities to attend group classes, consultations with a nutritionist, and personal coaching. Wow! Imagine what you'll be like in 10 weeks.
As an ongoing complement to our regular classes, Now Breathe offers six week courses to enhance your performance in classes or as a stand-alone opportunity to learn and integrate new attitudes to movement or stress. Homework and weekly exercises are given to maximise results by the end of the six week period.
Introduction to Pilates Course presents the principles of Pilates and establishes correct technique.
