Peter Sanson's Workshops
An internationally recognised Ashtanga Yoga teacher (certified by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois), Peter Sanson, a New Zealander, acts as a locum for many overseas internationally acclaimed Astanga yoga teachers in America and Europe. For information about his workshops around New Zealand and overseas please email. Every year Peter runs a workshop in Gisborne with three weeks of daily Ashtanga at year-end and into the New Year. You are able to attend one week at a time, or on a drop-in basis (but you still have to book). Accommodation is at a premium at that time of year, so it pays to book way in advance: check out Ruth's Villa or this accommodation site.

Dena Kingsberg and her husband, Jack, run wonderful workshops nearly every year at the Auckland Yoga Academy.
