Ashtanga Yoga and Pilates-based classes: right here in Auckland City

Ready for more regular classes? Come up to the Observation Deck in the BNZ Tower to escape for a fitness-enhancing, strengthening and calming session of ashtanga yoga or our rejuvenating, toning Bodyboost classes (Pilates-based mat classes). All standard timetable lunch-time classes begin at 12.35pm, Monday through Thursday.

Join our new Pilates for Pregnancy Four Week Course. Start Tuesday 25 November

End of year Pilates for Pregnancy course begins Tuesday 25 November at 1.40pm. Our Friday Course at 12.30pm has been very popular and has nearly arrived at the last day: Join this new shorter course to keep up your good work!
