Conditioning (dates to suit your schedule)
The Conditioning Course is a very comprehensive ten-week course for individuals (a small group could do it together and gain from the social support).
Customised to your needs, the course may include consultations with a nutritionist; personal coach; a minimum of four private sessions to improve: Base Movement Patterns, Core Activation, Stability with Adaptable Orientation, Functional Strength and Flexibility, and Dynamic Balance; plus access to other weekly classes of your choice.
The start-date and time is up to you, your trainer, your nutritionist and your personal coach to schedule in times to suit your life commitments.
Who should do this course? Athletes to gain ‘the edge’, getting in-shape for a specific event or activity, to lose weight and tone up, or just because you want to be better. For more information email us.
