Alternatively be energised and stimulated at our Pilates Vitalise class on Tue eve, 5.20pm, or our toning, effective lunchtime Bodyboost classes (Pilates-based mat classes). All standard timetable lunch-time classes begin at 12.35pm, Monday through Thursday.

The Man who brought Ashtanga Yoga to westerners passed away Monday 18 May
Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, the guru of Ashtanga yoga, left his body on the morning of Monday 18 May in Mysore, India. His invaluable legacy of knowledge and experience passed on to thousands of dedicated Ashtanga yogis continues as a testament to his life. Here's the link to the official notice.
